Training and Compentency
Many companies provide little to no training before having new therapists or RBTs implement with patients.
That is where Proof in Progress ABA is different.

Therapists who are not RBT credentialed complete the 40 hour training course prior to beginning in person training. Once they begin in person training, they will have competencies within the company and the competency assessment through the BACB.
​
All individuals at Proof in Progress ABA must pass different internal competencies before implementing with a client. These competencies are administered to every therapist, whether they are in the process of becoming an RBT or if they have been an RBT for years. High quality clinical practice is central to client progress and the standard is high.
